Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Many of the people I work with are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t quite break, or navigating life changes that feel heavier than expected. Sometimes it looks like anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or just a sense that something isn’t working anymore.
Together, we slow things down and make sense of what’s coming up, without judgment. I’ll help you build insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also offering practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
My approach is collaborative and structured, but still flexible for you. Some sessions might focus on processing and understanding, while others are more focused on building skills, setting goals, or working through something specific that came up that week.
